Being as an Executive Housekeeper holding hands on experience for more than 10 years in the management positions, I am passionate in delivering exceptional service on behalf of the housekeeping department. Specially, the experience I have gained in Dubai as an Executive Housekeeper managing more than 50 team members, is given me the ability to deal with multi nationalities in the department.

My strength is Training and development towards career betterment of team members as well as communicating the goals that has to be achieved by the organization.

I have gained 8 years of experience as Executive Housekeeper in 4 star hotels out of my total experience. My experience as Executive Housekeeper gained through the hotel in Dubai, made me fulfillment in order to handle multi nationalities in the department.

Being as a hands on experienced Executive Housekeeper, specially I have worked with Opera Cloud system, KPI settings, laundry management and etc.

Training and development is my strength in terms of offering career developments to the team members and achieving the goals of the department.

My main objectives of my department as follows;

1. Maintaining the cost given by the finance department
2. Train the team members to get maximum productivity and standards
3. Maintain the property standards through snagging of the building and following up with job orders

1.Master in Business Administration in International Hospitality Management from University of Whales Trinity David -UK (online) through possessing of 4 years Management higher Diploma with 10 years of management experience
