As I look ahead, my objective is to join a team that prizes culture building and has a need for my administrative and guidance skills. I seek an environment that encourages professional and personal growth, and values diligence, organization, and collaboration. I am excited about the opportunity to leverage my skills and contribute to the growth of such a team.

In 2021, in the midst of moving from Berlin to Edinburgh, and looking for a job where I could apply my recently gained UX design and Branding skills, I volunteered at a Swedish tech startup. This experience showed me my skills in team management and unity, as I found myself leading a group of 15 volunteers on a daily basis within different areas of expertise. My approach and dedication were recognized and the founders invited me to the founding team, which was a huge milestone for me.

Later on, and 100% in love with a startup-like environment, I created an impact brand that was my main focus for almost 2 years. After that, having experienced how challenging entrepreneurship is, I decided to jump back into the workforce as a Virtual Assistant looking to work with teams once more.

In 2023, I had the opportunity to organize and facilitate my team's Retrospective and OKRs session during our Team Building days at Shilling. This experience reaffirmed my love for facilitating team discussions.

Driven by a hunger for growth, I am currently immersing myself in an online specialization in Strategic Leadership and Management, offered by Gies College of Business (Illinois). This program aligns perfectly with my interests and offers in-depth insights into human behavior and the development of effective team cultures.
