I am a creative and ambitious person; Having worked from an early age in the hospitality and food industry, I have a deep understanding of how to deliver the best service and customer care; and learnt how to work best with both stakeholders and customers, always in an effective and friendly manner. My work experience ranges from fast food chains, catering services in big events to Michelin guide restaurants.
I studied Fine Arts at the prestigious The Accademia di Belle Arti di Brera (Milan), where I gained valuable knowledge and skills, such as in printing, design and management. I participated in many workshops with different renowned artists; for example with Michelangelo Pistoletto; All of these experiences gave me the opportunity to work in the Varese Design Week and assist different artists.
After my graduation, I started to work at Milano Malpensa Airport because I really liked the intercultural and vibrant atmosphere: I took many courses for safety and security and I really enjoyed working with many international customers all around the world. As a front officer, I understood how important it was to maintain self care and a code of behavior.
I’m a bright person with a lot of initiative, customer oriented and great social sensitivity. I like to establish and maintain a good and cordial relationship with everyone. I adapt quickly and can deliver under pressure, love to work either in a team or independently, and have good organizational and problem solving skills.
