✨ I’m passionate about people. Employees are the engine of businesses and it’s vital that they create cultures in which they can thrive. As a human resources professional, I know how important my role is in regards to business success.

👩🏼‍💻 I am currently part of the Accelerated Development Program at Trane Technologies - a 2-year rotation program focused on both functional and leadership development to build a strong foundation for my career and which prepares me to become a leader in the future. My first rotation was in France as HR Generalist in one of our brands - Trane HVAC. At the moment, I am doing my second rotation based in Belgium as HR Project Coordinator in our Thermo King brand.

✈️ When I'm not at work, I love travelling and meeting new cultures. One of the most memorable trips I have had so far was when I went on my volunteering trip to Africa and helped to rebuild a primary school and where our group of volunteers managed to have a positive impact on that community. Combining travel with volunteering is one of the things that gives me a sense of fulfilment.

Throughout my career, I have gained diverse experience in HR, starting with recruitment and transitioning to People Operations for process optimization. As an HR Generalist, I focused on recruitment, talent management, and DEI initiatives. Currently, I serve as an HR Project Coordinator, supporting senior management with HR metrics analysis and leading projects to improve employer branding and HR excellence.

I also oversee employee engagement, optimize internal processes, and manage social media content for talent attraction. Overall, my goal is to drive positive change, enhance the employee experience, and create a strong employer brand.
