Galaxy International School Uganda (August 2022- Present)
I have been presented with the opportunity to lead my own class, for one school year, in key stage 2 while completing my bachelor’s degree practical internship (August 2022 – December 2022). I am responsible for creating and implementing lesson plans in line with the Cambridge curriculum, considering each child’s needs and meeting learning objectives.
First Leap China – March 2021 – July 2022
First Leap was established in 2009 and is classified as a “Children’s Growth Center” based in Beijing. The company is also part of the TAL group which is a leading education and technology enterprise in China. The lessons were provided by the company and created in line with the Oxford Curriculum. The students’ ranged between 3 – 12 years and I taught 19 classes per week online during the pandemic.
Lead Home-School Teacher
Earthlings Uganda (own company) October 2020 – February 2021
This was a private startup company I created. In this role, I observed and recorded individual children and their English language skills. I had 4 students in my class daily. Due to covid, the schools in Uganda were in lockdown and I offered English, Art, Math, and Science classes to a few students, from my home. I planned accordingly, implemented, and evaluate the lessons. I aimed at developing the child’s listening, speaking, writing, and reading skills through interactive lessons.
Private homes- March 2020 –September 2020
Covid 19 caused all schools to go into lockdown in Thailand. I started taking on private teaching work. In this role, I observed and recorded individual children and their English language skills. I planned lessons, accordingly and implemented and evaluate the lessons. I aimed at developing the children’s listening, speaking, writing, and reading skills through interactive lessons.
Skyrocket Central Festival Eastville Language Centre- October 2019- September 2020
I followed a completed lesson plan and used a variety of activities and instructional methods which included songs, stories, media, structured games, art, and outdoor activities to motivate children’s abilities.
I assessed students’ performances and progress to establish progressive development. I was provided with many wonderful opportunities, aiding in my personal growth and educational development.
Lead Subject Teacher (English and Science)

June 2021 –January 2022
I was appointed the lead subject teacher for Science and English at Assumption Suksa Catholic School Bangkok for early years, key stage 1 and key stage 2 classes.
I created and implemented completed lesson plans according to the age range, using the Oxford University Press resources in line with the National Thai curriculum. I also used a variety of activities and instructional methods which included songs, stories, media, structured games, art, and outdoor activities to motivate the children. Some of my responsibilities included assessing students’ performances and writing feedback reports to parents.
This role required me to be an observant, flexible, and committed classroom practitioner
