My name is Marta Barbosa, I’m from Leiria and I hold a master degree in Engineering.
Having strong analytical skills that I developed during my work time as a fellow researcher and having also an industry background, I pushed myself to do a Data Analyst course. In the first 9 weeks we already concluded 3 projects and one hackaton, two of wich with a real database for which we provided the answers for real problems with visualization. We also did a recomendation system for movies based on Machine Leraning algorihms.
When I am working, I am a problem solver oriented person, I tend to improve processes but at the same time respecting what has been done before, and I always like to learn.

I have worked in Universities and research institutes as a fellow researcher and in the industry. I now decided to challenge myself and do a 5 month, full-time course on data analysis. Data analysis will allow me to gain insights and help improve real life issues in companies.
