Ao longo do meu percurso académico, procurei constantemente oportunidades para expandir o meu conhecimento e as minhas competências através da participação em diversos projetos. Envolvi-me ativamente em programas de voluntariado, nomeadamente no Canil da Aroeira, onde participei em campanhas de adoção e apoiei o cuidado de animais. Esta experiência não só me permitiu desenvolver competências essenciais como gestão de tempo, organização e trabalho em equipa, mas também reforçou a importância da empatia e da responsabilidade social.
Essas experiências de voluntariado foram fundamentais para o meu crescimento pessoal e profissional, permitindo-me aprimorar habilidades como comunicação e colaboração. A minha formação em Psicologia pela Universidade Lusíada de Lisboa deu-me uma sólida base em comportamento humano e dinâmica de grupos. Tenho um grande interesse pela área de Recursos Humanos, onde pretendo aplicar e desenvolver as minhas habilidades.
Sou proficiente em Microsoft Office, Excel e SPSS e tenho conhecimentos em gestão de dados e psicometria.
Atualmente, estou à procura de oportunidades que me permitam contribuir para o bem-estar dos colaboradores e a eficiência organizacional, através da minha paixão pela gestão de pessoas.
Throughout my academic career, I have constantly sought opportunities to expand my knowledge and skills by participating in various projects. I have been actively involved in volunteer programs, notably at Canil da Aroeira, where I participated in adoption campaigns and supported animal care. This experience not only allowed me to develop essential skills such as time management, organization, and teamwork but also reinforced the importance of empathy and social responsibility.
These volunteer experiences have been fundamental to my personal and professional growth, enabling me to hone skills such as communication and collaboration. My education in Psychology from Lusíada University of Lisbon has provided me with a solid foundation in human behavior and group dynamics. I have a strong interest in the field of Human Resources, where I aim to apply and enhance my skills.
