I live in Lisbon, Portugal, and recently obtained my residence card.

I worked as a Pharmacy Call Center Specialist at Mozmen Pharmacies, managing customer prescriptions, orders, and deliveries. Before that, I spent six years as a Production and Quality Engineer, developing expertise in production processes and quality assurance.

Most recently I worked at Mozmen Pharmacies (January 2024 – June 2024), as a Pharmacy Call Center Specialist, I managed customer prescriptions sent via WhatsApp, checked warehouse availability, priced, discounted, and invoiced orders, collected delivery details or used returning customers' codes , and scheduled deliveries. Prior to this, I spent six years (April 2017 - December 2023) as a Production and Quality Engineer, where I developed strong expertise in production processes and quality assurance.

My academic background includes a bachelor's degree in industrial and management engineering from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport, completed in February 2017, and a Professional Diploma in Supply Chain in Action from the same institution, completed in June 2024.
