My name is Mélanie Matos and I hereby apply to be a supervisor at your hotel.
I have experience in housekeeping in a 5-star hotel.
In my last job I was cleaning the rooms but the hotel was going to offer me to be a housekeeper. I just didn't accept it because I made the decision to want to return to live in my country closer to my family.
I am fluent in 4 languages and due to my travels I also learned how to perform costumer service in German and Italian.
I have knowledge regarding team management, organization and complaints management.
I consider myself a responsible, dedicated, quick-learning, organized and well-disposed person. Furthermore, I have good communication.
