Project management for pharmaceutical industry equipment: identifying customer needs, developing the project, CAD drawings, defining the necessary material, stipulating deadlines, establishing contact between different departments in order to meet the initial objective.

Sales: identify the elements that need to be replaced, procurement of parts, preparation of offers and definition of sales conditions. After-sales follow-up, directing possible complaints and developing solutions.

Management of technical assistance: responsible for the schedule of technicians and travel, definition of the work to be done and preparation of offers, contracts and reports.
