Working in Marketing since 2013, developing, managing and executing strategic online and offline marketing campaigns, architecting, installing and configuring computing systems; experienced in providing client-focused IT support and in successfully analysing and resolving IT hardware and software problems in a timely and accurate manner.
My experience involved technical support to all users within the London office, either remotely or desk side. Working closely with developers on new IT framework, websites, social accounts, AI configuration and implementation for Alchemy Coffee and its sister company Ristretto Events. I introduced the ITIL framework into IT Services, fix and response time metrics, first time fix and resolution metrics, increased social media presence, improved Adwords Quality Score/Rank, which resulted in 45% more sales.
I also developed and implemented the marketing guidelines and API Bots for the Facebook Messenger and website (Magento).
As I'm able to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese, having knowledge of Spanish, Italian and Japanese I believe I will be quite helpful breaking communication barriers in challenging situations.
