Initially I began at Webhelp as a chat advisor in March 2019 servicing EU market--reaching metrics performance metrics, reliable team player, and collaborated with team manager in writing supplemental material that was implemented in various project locations. Staying with the project until dismissed in the Fall of 2020, I transferred to another customer service support project servicing iOS and MacOS devices supporting the English-speaking market as a senior advisor for software and billing and a junior macOS advisor.
As a senior advisor my aim is to prioritize the best interests of both the client and the customer on the line with adept positioning skills, optimal call performance metrics achieved, as well as participating as an active mentor that is committed to supporting other advisors. Additionally, my customer experience includes training in various customer service jobs from spa treatments to retail. Leadership roles that span from fostering training sales for Cutco Cutlery meeting sales quotas during the summers to being the only female taxi driver in the company, providing a safe, reliable, and punctual service.
