During my time on Hospitality Business, I operate from very high numbers of guests (Cruise Ships) for 13 years, to my academic experience at Les Roches Scholl number three in the world. Being in that position allowed me to show the students the walk the talk. I was charged with the responsibility of overseeing a range of projects from conception to delivery.
