Throughout my career, I have prepared and delivered training to hotels and restaurant staff in different topics from HACCP to Personal Safety.

I’m adept at coordinating food and beverage services and can identify areas for improvement in order to improve efficiency. A big fan of interdepartmental collaboration to achieve guests’

satisfaction.

During my time on Hospitality Business, I operate from very high numbers of guests (Cruise Ships) for 13 years, to my academic experience at Les Roches Scholl number three in the world. Being in that position allowed me to show the students the walk the talk. I was charged with the responsibility of overseeing a range of projects from conception to delivery.

During my time in Les Roches. I was noted for having achieved the following:

• Implement in the Kitchens the Kitro system
• Implementation of reCircle boxes
• Reduce the food waste
• Introducing in all campus Recycling Centers
• Implement different methods for recycling (card boxes, used oil)
• The refurnishing of the main stewarding area
• Planning the flow for the F&B areas
• Supporting other departments on the daily operations
