To brief about myself, I completed my master’s in Construction Project Management from RICS, Amity University, Noida and Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from
Yashwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, Nagpur. I have a thorough theoretical knowledge and operational knowledge regarding softwares like AutoCAD, MS Project,
Primavera P6, MS Excel, MS office. I am looking forward to work in functional areas like project management and project coordination.

Planning and Project Coordinator (JAN 2019 - MAR 2022) at Advert Designs Pvt. Ltd.
Involved in the day-to-day operations of all the on-going projects.
Problem solving - Understanding root cause of problem faced by contractor and handling issues that arise throughout the project.
Visiting project sites to assess progress and address client complaints or inquiries.
Client communication - Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives.
Communication management - Communicate with various departments to keep everyone on board about changes in project and act as one point of contact.
Delegation skill - Assign tasks to internal teams and taking follow-up of work. Updating checklists.
Requesting quotes from competitive contractors / vendors and shortlisting based on comparatives analysis.
Oversee project procurement by ensure the construction teams get the required supplies and creating invoice
Organizational skill - Administrative duties, setting up meetings, Multitasking & managing multiple projects at once.
Prepare Payment certificates for contractor's bill. Creating client invoices with the project manager based on the services provided.
Planning - Prepare project schedule. Monitor and report the project development.
Monitor and controlling cost expenditures, identifying and dealing with resource shortage.
