Process and Continuous Improvement Specialist: I reported to the Process and Continuous Improvement Lead, managing improvement projects for various business units. I played an active role in process mapping and support documentation to improve and standardize operational processes, ensuring efficiency, sustainability, and scalability. I established performance metrics and service level agreements to deliver excellent service in B2C/B2B/B2B2C environments.
Responsibilities include participating in complex improvement projects across various departments, improving and standardizing processes, implementing performance metrics and service level agreements, monitoring ongoing processes, and recommending improvements. Communicating changes to involved teams, preparing training materials, and managing training sessions. Conducting post-implementation reviews to ensure project goals are achieved and ensuring process improvements are communicated and supported throughout the organization.
