I´m a Team Manager with 5 years of experience in customer support/satisfaction Saas technology companies. With my training experience, I´ve facilitated several training sections in order to achieve the desired KPIs and the NPC.

One example I can give. When I was working as a trainer on the project Airbnb I worked closely with Ops and HR to coach and facilitate their learning. I´m proud to know they were key figures on the project through the past 4 years.

Currently, I´ve finished my Scrum master certification and am looking into Agile other methods to keep improving myself. I get excited about opportunities in building teams and facilitating their work.
