• Work with families directly to address confidential issues involving payments
• Managed group of six including investment, tax, accounts payable and financial reporting
• Managed cash and investment accounts for over 65 bank accounts in US and foreign banks with liquid investments of $1B+
• Establish banking relationship and provided documentation for set up of private client/family office bank accounts for US and foreign banks
• Prepare/review financial statements for foreign based companies 
• Prepare/review personal financial statements
• Maintained FATCA review and filing requirements for foreign corporations and trusts
• Ensure Bermuda financial reporting requirements were completed including FATCA and CRS
• Property and investment budget preparations
• Work with property managers on processes to ensure efficient vendor onboarding and establishing bid proposal worksheets
• Work with property managers and 3rd parties on reducing property taxes in various jurisdictions
• Established credit card process to ensure proper documentation on all purchases made by property managers
• Prepare cash flow forecasts based on projections from investments
• Review investment proposals from 3rd parties
• Established internal process to reduce risk of asset misuse 
• Work with internal audit group on agreed on procedures for reduction of asset misuse
• Reviewed and implemented new accounting software 
• Work with various legal groups to structure tax efficient trusts
• Work with 3rd party tax preparers to file complex US tax returns including dual residency and non-residency.
