Analytics Engineer (Databricks & Airflow) at BairesDev

You will be the Analytics Engineer who turns raw data into clean, well-documented models that the business can rely on. You will bridge data engineering and analytics.

What You'll Do

• Model and transform data into trusted datasets for reporting and analysis.
• Orchestrate scheduled workflows that keep data fresh and dependable.
• Develop scalable transformations that run efficiently on large volumes of data.
• Test and document data assets to build confidence among users.
• Monitor pipeline performance and resolve failures promptly.
• Work with analysts and stakeholders to define metrics and business logic.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in analytics engineering or data engineering.
• Proven expertise building data transformations and pipelines on Databricks.
• Hands-on experience scheduling and monitoring workflows with Apache Airflow.
• Strong command of SQL and dimensional data modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
