LangChain AI Engineer (Python) at BairesDev

As a LangChain AI Engineer (Python), you will design and implement advanced intelligent systems powered by large language models. You will spearhead the creation of autonomous agents and context-aware applications, ensuring robust cognitive workflows and scalable integration with external data architectures.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents and multi-agent systems.
• Implement sophisticated retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines to improve response accuracy.
• Optimize vector database indexing and search retrieval for complex context understanding.
• Develop and refine prompt engineering strategies to maximize LLM performance and reasoning.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate intelligent orchestration frameworks into enterprise workflows.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering.
• Proven expertise in building applications using LangChain and Python.
• Strong experience developing and deploying production-grade AI agents and LLM applications.
• Deep understanding of prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and vector databases.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
