Experience Requirements

• Bachelor Degree from a recognized university preferably with a major in Banking, Finance, Accounting,

Economics, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Corporate Banking, Lending, Credit, Business Analysis, Financial

Services, or Transformation Programs, preferably within a highly rated international bank.

• Experience supporting lending transformation, credit initiatives, system implementations, or process improvement

projects.

• Exposure to FDI, structured finance, co-lending, or corporate lending environments preferred.

Required Special Skills

• Excellent oral and written communication skills (including report writing) in English.
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Understanding of the relevant laws, regulations, and practices.

• Knowledge of lending products, credit processes, loan origination systems, and loan lifecycle management.
• Ability to analyze complex business problems, translate requirements into functional specifications, and support

transformation and system implementation initiatives.
