Co-Founder Wanted: Helping Barqa Technologies Turn Desert Air into Water 💧⚡ The Mission: Barqa Technologies is solving water scarcity in the GCC. We are building AI-optimized, ultra-low-energy Atmospheric Water Generators (AWG) that produce pure drinking water from air. Our target is a record-breaking 0.15–0.25 kWh/L, specifically engineered for the heat and humidity of Qatar and the Middle East.

The Role: I am a solo founder handling the CEO and CTO functions (Hardware Engineering, AI, and Thermodynamics). I am looking for a Co-Founder & COO/CCO to be my partner in scale. While I build the machine, you will build the company.

Your World (Responsibilities):

• Marketing & PR: Build the Barqa brand. You’ll tell our story to investors, the media, and the public. You’ll own our LinkedIn presence, website messaging, and GCC event strategy.
• Customer Experience & Support: You will be the primary point of contact for our pilot partners. From desert camps to luxury real estate developers, you'll manage the relationships and ensure their success.
• Operations & Support: "Figure it out" is your middle name. You’ll handle the legal filings, team logistics, vendor management, and the non-technical day-to-day that keeps the wheels turning.
• Full-Time Commitment: We are moving fast. I need a partner who is ready to be fully immersed in this journey.

• The Connector: You love people, networking, and high-stakes communication.
• The Grit: You don't wait for a "how-to" manual. You are resilient, resourceful, and ready to grind through the "hardware-is-hard" phase.
• The GCC Native/Expert: Ideally, you understand the regional business culture in Qatar/GCC and can navigate partnerships with local industries and government entities.
• Mission-Driven: You aren't just looking for a job; you want to solve the water crisis.
