Watad is an aviation digital transformation company delivering Master Systems Integration, Digital Twin and managed IT, OT and IoT services for airports in Qatar and internationally.

The role

You are the single point of control for project documentation and tender submissions across our airport programmes — from bid stage through delivery to as-built handover.

What you'll do

• Own the document management environment (SharePoint, Aconex or client-nominated EDMS): structure, permissions, naming and numbering conventions
• Maintain master document registers with strict revision and status control
• Issue and log transmittals; track submittals, RFIs and change notices, and chase overdue responses
• Compile deliverables to each client's document standard — method statements, ITPs, test records, O&M manuals, as-builts
• Assemble tender and prequalification packs, including compliance matrices
• Maintain the ISO 9001:2015 controlled document set for the projects function
• Support project managers with schedules (MS Project / Primavera P6), minutes, action and risk registers, and weekly progress reporting
• Coordinate site access, security passes and airside permits for engineers and OEM partners

What you'll bring

• 3–5 years in document control and/or project coordination, at least two in aviation, infrastructure or systems integration
• Hands-on EDMS experience and disciplined revision control
• Advanced Excel; Word and PowerPoint formatting to a house standard
• Working knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6
• Written English suited to client-facing correspondence and tender documents
• Based in Qatar with a transferable RP and NOC (or able to relocate at short notice)
