Werover is an AI-powered wind turbine blade health monitoring company. We help wind farm operators detect blade damage early, cut maintenance costs by up to 50%, and maximise uptime through real-time acoustic sensing. Headquartered in London, with offices in İzmir and Doha.

The Role

We are looking for a full-stack software engineer to join our core product team. You will be based in Doha, Qatar or İzmir, Turkey, working on the platform that connects our IoT sensors, drone inspection data, and AI models into a seamless experience for wind farm operators worldwide.

This is a hands-on engineering role — you will work across the full stack from front-end interfaces to back-end services and cloud infrastructure.

What You'll Work On

-Build and maintain React + TypeScript front-end interfaces for real-time turbine monitoring dashboards

-Develop and extend Node.js back-end services and REST/GraphQL APIs

-Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL and MongoDB) to store and query sensor and inspection data

-Manage and deploy services on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda)

-Integrate with Redis / ElastiCache for caching and real-time data handling

-Collaborate closely with the AI/ML and hardware teams to integrate sensor analytics into the product

What We're Looking For

-University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

-3+ years of professional full-stack development experience

-Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript

-Back-end experience with Node.js

-Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, S3, Lambda or equivalent)

-Familiarity with Redis or ElastiCache for caching and pub/sub

-Experience with both SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases

-Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team

-Based in Turkey or Qatar, or willing to relocate to İzmir or Doha

Nice to Have

-Experience with IoT or real-time data systems

-Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code

-Previous work in an early-stage startup or deeptech environment
