MindStream is looking for a motivated Junior Python Developer to join our growing team and help build the APIs, services, and automations powering our recruitment technology platform.
What You'll Do
Build and maintain REST APIs using Python (FastAPI)
Develop automation scripts and backend services
Integrate third-party and AI APIs
Support data and caching layers
Debug, test, and maintain existing services
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code
Requirements
BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
Strong Python fundamentals
Understanding of REST APIs
Experience with FastAPI, Flask, or Django
Familiarity with Git
Portfolio of academic, personal, or open-source projects
Nice to Have
Redis & PostgreSQL
AI / LLM API experience
Basic React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript knowledge
