Operations Supervisor

You will serve as the project manager for dedicated client contracts by overseeing daily operational performance, ensuring service quality, driving efficiency, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to ensure seamless logistics operations.

Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field

Proven experience in logistics operations, with at least 3 years in leading a team or supervisory role.

• Must have leadership quality and experience in handling operations
• Must have geographical knowledge of the area in scope
• You will be dedicated to meeting and exceeding ambitious production goals.
• Demonstrable strong problem solving and analytical skills who can dive deep efficiently, detect the root cause and provide corrective actions.
