Experience:<\/b>

Minimum of 5 years of overall professional experience.

<\/p><\/li>
At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager handling similar or related projects.

Qualifications:<\/b>

<\/p>
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  Key Responsibilities:<\/b>
  
  <\/p>
  - Plan, execute, monitor, and close projects in accordance with defined scope, timelines, and budgets.
    
    <\/p><\/li>
  - Lead and manage cross -functional project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
    
    <\/p><\/li>
  - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
    
    <\/p><\/li>
  - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
    
    <\/p><\/li>
  - Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
    
    <\/p><\/li>
  - Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, company policies, and local regulations in Qatar.
    
    <\/p><\/li>
  - Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
    
    <\/p><\/li>
  - Manage project documentation, change requests, and approvals effectively.
    
    <\/p><\/li>
  - Ensure quality standards, safety requirements, and best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
    
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
    
    Required Skills & Competencies:<\/b>
    
    <\/p>
    - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
      
      <\/p><\/li>
    - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
      
      <\/p><\/li>
    - Excellent problem -solving and decision -making capabilities.
      
      <\/p><\/li>
    - Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).
      
      <\/p><\/li><\/ul>
      
      Preferred:<\/b>
      
      <\/p>
      - PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
        
        <\/p><\/li>
      - Experience working in Qatar or the GCC region.
