Senior Program Manager

We're hiring: Senior Program Manager – ERP & Digital Transformation (Aviation)

Location: Doha, Qatar (Onsite)

Contract: Long-term, until April 2028

Budget: QAR 22,000 per month

Looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead a large-scale ERP and digital transformation program for a leading aviation client in Qatar.

What you'll do

• Lead and govern all IT delivery workstreams across enterprise applications, integrations, data migration and reporting
• Coordinate delivery across business stakeholders, IT teams, implementation partners and vendors
• Own program scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues and cross-functional dependencies
• Oversee integration delivery, testing, cutover planning, data readiness and go-live
• Run governance forums and steering committees, and drive timely decisions
• Monitor system integrator and vendor performance against contracts and milestones
• Provide executive reporting on progress, risks, budget and business outcomes

What we're looking for

• 15 years in IT, with significant experience leading large ERP or digital transformation programs
• Hands-on program leadership on Oracle Fusion and/or Primavera Unifier implementations
• Aviation or airport industry experience is highly preferred
• Strong background in program governance, PMO, vendor/SI management and executive stakeholder management
• Experience with cloud/SaaS transformation, service transition, operational readiness and OCM
• PgMP, PMP, MSP, PRINCE2 or similar certification is an advantage
• GCC experience is a plus
