Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to provide strategic, architectural, and technical leadership across the entire ServiceNow ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with deep platform expertise who can define enterprise-wide standards, guide solution design, and endure the platform remains scalable, secure, and aligned with long-term business objectives. You will play a critical role in shaping the ServiceNow roadmap, governing platform usage, and enabling high-quality delivery across all workflows and modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the enterprise-level architecture, standard, and governance model for the ServiceNow platform.
• Provide architectural oversight across all ServiceNow implementations, ensuring solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with platform best practices.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to translate strategic objectives into platform capabilities, roadmaps, and design patterns.
• Lead platform-wide design decisions, including data architecture, integrations, security models, and workflow automation strategies.
• Guide development teams on technical design, coding standards, reusability, and platform optimization.
• Oversee integration architecture between ServiceNow and enterprise systems, ensuring robust, maintainable, and compliant data flows.
• Evaluate new ServiceNow features, releases, and products, advising on adoption strategies and platform evolution.
• Support demand intake and solution review processes to ensure architectural consisitency across all workstreams.
• Provide thought leadership on platform

Required Experience & Skills:

• 7 years of experience implementing ServiceNow ITOM solutions, including Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies (servers, networks, cloud, containers, databases) and how they map to business services.
• Expertise in MIS Server deployment, credential management, patterns, probes, sensors, and CMDB data modelling.
• Ability to design scalable, secure, and compliant ITOM architectures aligned with enterprise governance standards.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub; experience with Orchestration is advantageous.
• Experience collaborating with IT operations, cloud engineering, and infrastructure teams.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; relevant ServiceNow certifications (CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service Mapping, CSA) preferred.
