Job Title: Tendering & Procurement Manager – FF&E

Lead full tendering cycle for FF&E projects, from RFQ review to bid submission
Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing strategies to maximize margins and win rates
Plan, manage, and execute procurement for all FF&E items, locally and internationally
Source, evaluate, and onboard suppliers; negotiate pricing, delivery, and payment terms
Review and manage contracts, monitor variations, claims, and change orders
Ensure materials meet project specifications and coordinate approvals with design and project teams
Maintain supplier performance, cost control, and procurement records
Support post-award handover with clear cost and procurement data

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Engineering, or related field
10–15 years in FF&E tendering, estimation, and procurement
Strong experience in furniture and interior fit-out projects
Proven track record managing suppliers and large-scale procurement
Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills
Knowledge of FF&E materials and sourcing channels
