- Taking care of the entire Recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to offer letter.
- Defining job descriptions and job specifications in conjunction with Department head.
- Facilitate and derive hiring strategy to achieve the manpower needs of the organization, which includes screening and short-listing, scheduling interviews and finalization of candidates.
