I wish to mention that I am an experienced Instrumentation Engineer, having more than 15 years of intensive exposure to Instrumentation Design & Engineering in the Oil & Gas sector, both onshore and offshore. I have a proven track record of contribution with another reputed organisation, knowledge of applicable standards for instruments like Norsok, ASME, IEC, API, ISA codes, etc. and hands on experience in working with softwares like SPI/Intools, Instrucalc, Roxtec MCT

- P&ID Review, Preparation of Instrument Deliverables like Design Basis, Index, I/O list, Technical Specifications for field instruments and valves, Instrument data sheets, RFQs & POS for field instruments and valves, F&G Cause
& Effect Diagrams, cable schedule, wiring diagrams, loop diagrams etc.
- Selection of field instruments, sizing and selection of control valves, pressure safety valves & orifice plates,
technical offer evaluation for ICSS, Instruments & valves
- Vendor document review for Field Instruments, valves and Control System
- Interaction with Stakeholders – Client and Vendor
Risk Reviews – HAZOP, LOPA & SIL workshops
- Inter-disciplinary Interaction & co-ordination
- Technical guidance to engineers
- Assistance to designers in the preparation of Hook-Ups, Cable Block diagrams, Instrument & Junction Box
