Electrical Engineer with more than 9 years and 8 months of experience in operation/ maintenance of Plant Villas and buildings. Currently working with a food processing company (ZAD HOLDING COMPANY/Qatar Flour Mills) in Doha Qatar, I gained experience & expertise in general maintenance activities, Testing and commissioning of electrical equipment are my expertise. Now looking for a new and challenging position that will make the best use of my existing skills and experience and further my personal and professional development.

Electrical Engineer at Zad holding company Doha, Qatar, June 2013 to till present.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for Testing commissioning of electrical and mechanical equipment also for maintenance, breakdown maintenance also lubrication of machinery.
- Good command in 11KV transformer 415V power distribution, Earthing and lightning protection Device, Power factor Correction equipment, Harmonic mitigating device, Motor Control Center, LT Distribution Board, metering provisions.
- Testing and commissioning of the electrical control panel, capacitor panel, LT panel and its switch gears, also having experience in Boiler and compressor maintenance.
- Planning & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant equipment & machinery.
- Design, analyze and propose a modification of machines and Cable size, breaker size & Voltage drop calculation, Cable routing, and illumination calculation.
- Preparation of electrical procedures for installation, testing and commissioning of Fire Panel, fire pump, chiller plant and HVAC system).
- Prepare Single Line Diagram, schedules for Cable & Distribution Panel Boards of Lighting and Power load for motors installation and equipment wiring.
- Keeping a record of Electrical spare parts and developing estimates for procurement of it (Electrical spare parts).
- Coordination and closely working with other technical agencies Buhler, Fawema, Italpack, Alapala, Domino, DVC Process, HK Mital and Nichrome.
- Organizing activities for continual improvement & working towards cost reduction activities.
- Assuring repairs, refurbishment & overhauling of motors & electrical Equipment.
- Preparing system-based documentation and conducting analysis of different maintenance data to reduce the cost of maintenance.
- Reviewing history records of key machines for repeated breakdowns to analyse and carry out necessary corrective actions.
Erection & commissioning:
- Supporting erection and commissioning of new machines along with anchoring erection & commissioning of machines and equipment.
- Commissioning equipment and installation of VFDs for motors related to the final finish area.
- Anchoring erection & commissioning of machines & equipment and ensuring completion of project in minimum turnaround time-effective resource utilization to maximize the output.
Project Experience
- Managing electrical project activities involves working out various requirements with respect to utilities, machines, and manpower & monitoring overall project operations for ensuring timely completion.
- Prepare reports and study the existing technical information clearly & precisely to attain the requirement and complete the project in the given time.
- Perform with a technical specialist like electrical & mechanical engineering, process, and automation to resolve complete requirements.
- Ensuring that site operations are carried out smoothly with Industrial Electrification, Installation, Testing & Commissioning operations.
- Coordinating with a consultant for drawing delivery and managing site progress and site staff.
- Interacting with consultants and clients in all matters containing the project work.
Achievements
- Handle and execute project installations of 250, 150 & 250 tons of flour mills and 150-ton edible oil plant and their packing machinery successfully.
- Installation and commissioning of 18-litre tin making and Spanpak oil filling machines.
- Independently handling and running the plant and attending breakdowns & trouble shootings.
- Working hand in logic control, SIEMENS S-7 PLC and AC/DC systems.
- Preparing SLD for proposed modification also installation & troubleshoot of VFDs for electrical machines.
- Good knowledge of ERP and SAP.

- Work order preparation and handling with 11 kV to 415 volts for the substation & Diesel Generator maintenance.
- Maintenance planning and scheduling of LT, HT panel circuit breakers (CBs) and DG sets.
