My experience in engineering and construction oil and gas/infrastructure project. I participated in mega projects as lead mechanical engineer. My main role is to handle the piping scope metalic/nonmetalic and deliver the scope within the frame of time and budget.

Working as Lead Piping Engineer since last 10 years.

• Expert in projects leads construction, engineering, commissioning coordination.
• Expert in detailed planning for Turnaround (TA) by verifying approved TA scope of work at field.
• Developing detailed work step activities with craft type, estimated hours, materials and logistics plans.
• Responsible for overall management of the interface/interaction of internal and external teams involved in the project.
• Provides direction to team members in the overall engineering and coordination assessment of proposed interfaces, as well as assessment of budget and interface impacts.
• Interface with other departments to obtain input for Discipline designs and drawings.
• Maintain close co-ordination with other engineering disciplines, Planning, Fabrication, Marine, and Project Management Team, as required.
• Liaise with OEMs, service providers and vendors on maintenance issues and/or requirements.
• Assist in preparation of estimates for bid proposals, including technical query reviews, execution statements and man-hour estimates
• Participate in finalizing deliverables lists and deliverables, ensuring compliance with specifications and functional integrity.
• Provide technical support to all fabrication queries, including identifying defect / rectification requirements
• Skilled in construction management and carrying out weld mapping, raising technical queries, preparing method statements and JHA, fabrication, site installation, progress reporting, Test Pack Preparation, conducting hydro and pneumatic tests, Reinstatement works, Preparing As-built, fulfilling pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements for the project.
• Request/ Variation Order for additional executed works/ out of scope activities.
• Verification of invoice submitted by subcontractors.
