As the time approached for me to set my personal and professional goals, I made a conscientious decision to enter a field which would provide me with a sense of achievement and, at the same time, produce a positive impact on mankind. It became apparent to me that a career in materials science would fulfill these objectives.
I am a material science teacher; with over 11 years’ experience teaching undergraduate and post-graduate student. During my time in teaching, I guide students in the evaluation of evidence, critical thinking, developing their creative thinking skills and linking science with life problems, application of general principles to novel settings, connecting science and engineering to nature's inspirations and develop scientific research skills that serve the nation.
Currently, I am associate Professor at the University of Gezira in Sudan, and I am a head of the innovation department.
Research in composite material, biomaterial, Polymer nanotechnology: Nanoscale Materials Sciences, Nanocomposites. Polymer modifications, Materials Science. Strong research professional with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) focused in about the fabrication and modification of composite materials using nanomaterials to enhance interactions between CFs and PEEK through modifying surfaces of CFs.
My personal and professional experiences have taught me the following about myself:
I love to win, but helping the team win gives me greater joy
I educate, refine and drive myself to be a better person
I stay calm when faced with adversity
I focus on making high-quality decision
