RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviewing job scope, approved engineering drawings, client’s standards and specifications before preparing all QA/QC procedures and reports like ITP, PQR, WPS, WPQ, hydro test and pneumatic test reports and procedure, joint history reports, welder and WPS summary list, weld map of isometric drawings, Calibration certificates and welder’s certificates witnessing of NDT tests like LPI, MPI, UT and interpretation of RT films etc.

Experienced in workshop fabrication and erection field in steel structure, piping, storage tanks inspection of raw materials with mill tests certificates, preparing material inspection reports, and inspection of all project-related equipment with calibration certificates.

Knowledge about ASME Standards, welding processes like SMAW, GTAW, FCAW base metals, and welding consumables.

Thermal Treatment of material's preheating, stress relieving, inter-pass temperature & post-weld heat treatment, hydro test, and pneumatic test witness.

• Preparation of ITP, WPS, WPQT, QC Procedures, etc.
• Raising daily inspections in coordination with the site team & consultants.
• Implementation of QMS, and QCS requirements.
• Performed inspections on (Dimensional Inspections, Fit-up Inspections, Welding Inspections, Non-Destructive Testing witness LPI, MPI, UT, Material Receiving Inspections, Alignment Inspections, pre-assembly inspections, torquing inspections, etc.).
• Maintaining & updating QAQC logs.
• Prevent & close Non-conformance.
• Attend meetings with consultants/clients etc.
• Ensure work compliance as per approved drawings, Project specifications, standards, etc.
• Assist & report directly to the QAQC Manager.1.
