Responsible for managing sudden machine breakdowns and liaising between the production team and overseas machine manufacturers to resolve issues.

 Having Knowledge in, Penetration Testing(PT), Ultrasonic Testing, Radiography

Testing(UT), Magnetic Particle Testing(MPT), Visual Testing(VT)

 Responsible for preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance

 Technical knowledge of RLC interlock, pneumatics, hydraulics, induction motor,

photoelectric sensor, VFD drive, sensor, PLC, HMI, valves,cylinders, switchgear,

contactors, temperature controllers, circuitbreakers, etc.

 Operation of utilities, facility maintenance and monitoring of compressors, DG,

STP and control equipment of VCB, ACB, 3Ø transformer, HT & LT panel, wiring,

main panel, earthing system etc.

 Inspecting and maintaining equipment, replacing worn out parts, making necessary repairs and fixing problems and ensuring the newly installed systems are working well.

 Carrying out general quality inspection on equipment and controlling maintenance stores

 Collaborate with engineering department and departmental technical managers in planning and evaluating major maintenance activities.
