My background includes a sound knowledge and experience in handling the full life cycle of HR/Recruitment & Admin departments in GCC and Sri Lanka currently I am working as Head of HR & Talent Acquisition at Caravane Earth Company in Qatar
Previously, I worked with high-volume health care,Oil & Gas and Construction industries in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In these positions, I demonstrated the ability to analyze market segment and competitive landscape and mapping to hire high caliber candidates for the business divisions and supporting the organizations to achieve their business objectives In addition to the above, I have been gifted with natural talent of quick learning and ability to handlemultitask assignments and well familiarwith the local Labor Laws of Qatar & KSA,
I also bring to the table that I have strong background in, Developing Recruitment Strategies, HR policy, planning & Budgeting, Compensation & Benefits, employee relation, Disciplinary procedures, Onboarding and off boarding procedures and much more related to HR/Recruitment & Admin works.
