• Dr. Issa Al Kawari Private Villa (The Pear Areal) (November 2014 — 2020). Client: Dr. Issa Al Kawari. Site Locations: The Pearl - Qatar. Project’s Amount: 115 Million QR. Project Description: V.VIP Private Villa.
• Fully coordinated with the client to match with his requirements.
• Full Coordination between the Design Office and Site Technical Team.

• Four Private Villas at Al Gharafa Area (April 2014 — Present). Client: Sheikh Naser Bin Abdullah Al Thani Sons. Site Locations: Al Gharafa Area. Project’s Amount: Under Design Stages. Project Description: Design and Management of Construction work for Four Private Villas at Al Gharafa Area.
• Fully coordinated with the clients to match his design requirements.

• Heritage Buildings at Different Sites in State of Qatar (Jan. 2013 — Dec. 2013). Client:Private Engineering Office (PEO). Site Locations: Umm Selal Mohamed, Al Khor & Al Dhakhira and Ras Usharage. Project’s Amount:347.5 Million QR. Project Description: Restoration for all Heritage Buildings and Demolishing for the new buildings, Clean and maintain the wells and how to use the latest technology service with the Heritage and protected area to reach client satisfaction
• Awqaf Residential Four Buildings (Nov. 2012 — Jan. 2013). Client: Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Qatar. Site Locations:Bin Mahmud Area. Project’s Amount:54 Million QR. Project Description:Project consists of four Residential Buildings of seven floors and two floors for Car parking for each with two clubs, one for men and the other for women. The project worth QR54million will be executed over a period of 20 months.
• Package 9- Four Mosques (Nov. 2011 — Dec. 2012). Package 11 - Three Mosques (Nov. 2011 — Dec. 2012). Client: Public Works Authority (PWA). Site Locations:Industrial Area, Al Wakrah, Rawdet Rashed, Jaryan Al Buttna, Um Thumam and Um Uwaynah. Project’s Amount:22 Million QR. Project Description:Projects consists of Seven Mosques, Imam Houses, Ablution area, Toilets and Car Parking Area, two of them is Friday Mosques and the project period were 16 months.
• Involved in the planning, design and construction of buildings.
• Compiling data for architectural plans, specifications, cost estimates reports.
• Preparing layouts, drawings and preliminary sketches.
• Providing clear and unambiguous direction to members of the project team.

• Silhouette Tower“Intercontinental Hotel” (June 2010 — July 2011). Client: H.E. Mohammed Ajjaj Al-Kubaisi. Site Locations:West Bay – Al Dafna. Project’s Amount:522 MillionQ.R. Project Description: The project involves construction of a 208 meter high tower comprising 2 basement parking area, a ground floor and 59 additional floors, amenities in the development will include a business centre.

• Shams Abu Dhabi “Sky and Sun Towers” (January 2008 — June 2010). Client: SOROUH. Site Locations:Al Reem Island - Abu Dhabi. Project’s Amount:2.6 Billion AED. Project Description: Projects consists of Sun & Sky Towers form part of Shams Abu Dhabi, The 74-storey Sky Tower consists of a mix of residential and commercial units, while the 65-storey Sun Tower is entirely residential, Sun & Sky Towers are joined bythe Podium, The open air leisure deck above the Podium offers three swimming pools, a Jacuzzi, tennis courts, a yoga lawn and children’s playing areas.
• The PARK PLACE Tower (November2006 — January 2008). Client: ASCOTT. Site Locations:Shikh Zayed Road - Dubai. Project’s Amount:450Million AED. Project Description: Projects consists of 56-floor mixed use tower on Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai (Residential Apartment and Commercial Floors). The tower has a total structural height of 234.1 m (768 ft), making it currently the 10th tallest building in Dubai.
• IBN BATTUTA GATE COMPLEX (August 2006 — November 2006). Client: Seven Tides & Asteco. Site Locations:Jebel Ali - Dubai. Project’s Amount:837.55Million AED. Project Description: Projects consists of 200,000 m2 Complex comprises offices, apartments and a five star Mövenpick hotel,The Arch shaped gate building connecting the two main buildings spans across a four lane road, continued maintenance traffic over this road and the proximity of the operational mall.
• IKEA, Hypermarket, Atrium & Plug Ins (May 2005 — August 2006). Client: Dubai Festival City Real Estate Development LLC. Site Locations:Dubai Festival City - Dubai. Project’s Amount:82.4Million$. Project Description: Projects consists of 35,000 square meter store, and Hypermarket as well as the wedge shaped atriumconnecting the two shops has a big skylight fixed by steel structural system, and finally Plug Ins store.
