My career goal as a professor of business administration is to provide high-quality education and inspire students to achieve academic excellence. I seek to effectively guide students to understand managerial concepts and related concepts comprehensively, especially those related to fundamentals such as planning and others, and related to the higher level such as knowledge management and leadership, and to provide them with the necessary skills to succeed in their field. I intend to integrate hands-on experience into teaching to make the lessons more inspiring and practical.

In addition, I aim to contribute to curriculum development and research in my field to promote knowledge and innovation in higher education.
