I’m working in Machine Sazi Arak Company (MSA) as a head of valve and wellhead Engineering unit . I’m in charge of Designing, Stress analyzing, checking building drawing, prepared Quality Control Plan (QCP) and procedures hydrostatic and gas test of high pressure Valves, Wellhead and Xmas tree equipment for different situations, according to API 6A, API6D standard and NACE.

During this process, I achieved Technical knowledge of machining, Construction, Installation, Quality Controlling and Different coating.

Present

I’m working in Machine Sazi Arak Company (MSA) as a head of valve and wellhead Engineering. I’m in charge of Designing, Stress analyzing, checking building drawing, prepared Quality Control Plan (QCP) and procedures of hydrostatic and gas test of high pressure Valves, Wellhead and Xmas tree equipment for different situations, according to API 6A, API6D standard and NACE.

During this process, I achieved Technical knowledge of machining, Construction, Installation, Quality Controlling and Different coating.

• Designing of Wellhead and Xmas tree equipment according to customer’s specifications, API6A and NACE.

-Wellhead Installation

• Stress analyzing the components of valves and wellhead equipment under pressure.
• Supervision of testing valves, wellhead and Xmas tree equipment according to API6A and API6D.
• Testing the Wellhead equipment to satisfy performance requirement, level 2, (PR2) requirements.
• Installation of conventional Wellhead
• Maintenance and repair Ball valve, gate valve, Wellhead
• Developing advanced hard facings procedures metal part
