I am primarily responsible for supervising the efficiency of processes at the hotel by monitoring general operations, assisting all front office staff and meeting with upper management to stay up to date with changes, issues and improvements.
I represent the hotel to the guests, checking and approving the guest's reservation, helping them complete the pre check in process using the "Hotelogix" property management systems software and handling guest complaints and inquiries.
I assign rooms to guests accommodating special requests whenever possible and coordinating with all departments in order to maintain front office functions
