Im a Certified Medical Coder, but i’m looking any job like administration or assistant like job.I have experience in administration.

o Oversee and support administrative duties to ensure a smooth office operation.
o Ensure all office maintenance jobs are performed well by the vendors.
o Ensure all facilities-related equipment is in working condition and maintained well.
o Schedule office outings & meetings, assist in sending employee goodies,
onboarding kits etc.
o Receive incoming calls and snail mail/couriers.
o Maintain pantry and office supplies, inventory management and verify purchase receipts.
