I am Fawas Manakkal, a mechanical engineer with a NEBOSH IGC certification and seven years of experience as an HSE officer in construction and MEP industries. I have successfully implemented and monitored health, safety and environmental policies and procedures in various projects, ensuring compliance with local and international standards. I have also conducted risk assessments, audits, inspections, training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
