• Purchasing material for inventory and non-stock items.
• Reviewing Purchase orders and faxing to vendors.
• Resolving errors on purchase orders as required.
• Investigating and determining what/how/ why material came in incorrectly
• Filing Purchase Orders.
• Monitoring price increases and communicating changes as necessary.
• Assisting with stock rotations as needed.
• Reviewing line points/ order points for inventory stock levels.
• Experience of Procurement Complete Documentation Like,"PR, Quotations, Comparative Statement,
• Market Survey, Vendors agreement, Vendor Registration Foam, SPO's
• Capital Expenditure Request"
• Vendors, Quality check, Weekly check stock Expiry dates and make Excel sheet of short expiry items,
• Monthly closing of stock and store, also include Assets closing receiving from other departments.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders within a timely manner - forwarding agents, company employees
• Receive, record, process and file any documentation related to shipping / correspondence
• Prepare and process custom entries
• Collect quotations when needed
• Insure goods and raise claims when relevant
