Technical Lead & Staff Customer support APM
♦ Lead the architecture and design of technical solutions for customers. Own the design deliverables for assigned area of work (Statement of Work, Architecture documents)
♦ Contribute to technical analysis activities, such as requirements gathering and product gap analysis of user requirements
♦ Responsible for design documentation. Deliver detailed design specifications as per customer requirements. Ensure that proposed architectures and designs are according to best practices and are optimal
♦ Defining and documenting project scope
♦ Setting timeliness for deliverables
♦ Defining and Managing priorities against the available capacity of team members
♦ Facilitating Leading Weekly stand-up meetings
♦ Perform customer negotiations for delivery rates
♦ Design and develop required delivery documents (Interface with JDE ERP System, GIS System and DMS System)

♦ Monitoring budget reports on monthly basis and investigates & reconcile any significant
♦ Chasing Procurement and Logistics teams for timely delivery of materials
