My name is James Omosa,kenyan by nationality,a diploma holder in hotel management and vocational certified in training,food safety and front of the house trained,I am currently working in Qatar having worked the way up from a banquet waiter,to senior food and beverage supervisor and assistant outlet manager at JA The Resort and Hotels in The United Arab Emirates from 2013 to July 2020 when covid took a toll in the industry and I lost my job there,But currently I am working in Aura Hospitality Group in Qatar at La Casa 28 as the speciality assistant restaurant manager.
