- Carried out Ultrasonic Testing on Raw materials to check Laminations
- Ultrasonic Thickness survey of Pipelines (Corrosion), Towers, Pressure Vessels, Heat exchangers
- Carried out PT Inspection on Edge Preparation & Weld joints
- Carried out MT on weld Joints and inspected invisible method using yoke
- UT Thickness and penetrant testing carried out on vessels, storage tanks
- Carried out weld Scanning of Plate and Pipelines at Various Welds Butt Weld and Fillet Weld
- Lamination and shrinkage checking is done by the UT method. After the calibration of the v1 block, find out the defect by using a Transmitter and receiver probe
- Familiar in process piping conduct various NDT Method, UT Corrosion Monitoring, MPI and DPI on piping equipment weld and body with Piping standard ASME B31.3 and ASME Sec V
- Initially performed Visual testing in two stages ie. First stage - checking porosity, blowhole, Crack, illusion and shrinkage. Final stage - All the tiny defects will be identified. Further the job will be sent to rework or else rejected
- Inspection carried out as per specific codes and standards
