Developing, establishing, implementing and monitoring of effectiveness of each processes for continual improvement of Mangement Sysyem.

• Assigned as Officer In-charge in the absence of Department Manager.
• Conducted and act as Lead Integrated Management System Auditor internal audits. 
• Provide assistance to ISO certified divisions in compliance to QHSE Management System. 
• Identify the Needs & Expectations Internal & External Issues of each division. 
• Analyze their Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification Aspect & Impact.
• Formulated, developed, established, maintained & improve QHSE management systems, processes, forms in accordance with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001to all ISO certified divisions with different scope of work. 
• Prepare monthly QHSE Objectives monitoring report along with the analysis.
• Conduct QA Inspection & Verification visit in various areas (sites, workshops, stores, production etc.) 
• Monitor & analyze QHSE Key Performance Indicators (KPI) of ISO certified divisions.
• Actively participate during External Audits and serve as guide to the Process Owner(s) the necessary documented information either maintain or retain that may be required during the 3rd party audits. 
• Assist the Divisions in documenting and complying the requirements for Product Verification / Certification such as Forest Stewardship Council (FSC), Fired Rated Timber Doors (FRTD) & Fire Rated Porta Cabins (Q Plus) and other Test Assessment / Report that may require by external parties.
