Good day, I am Karen Gamboa Elhig who worked as a Registered Nutritionist Dietitian in Chong Hua Hospital, I am a Goal driven person where I really like to achieve, I managed my time wisely to achieve those goals. I handle pressure with grace and posture. I like to read a lot to gain more knowledge on my profession.

I also have a private consultation with the clients who wants to lose weight, I compute and make a diet plan for them. My greatest achievement was when I have my private consultation and when I make a small business when covid hits in the Philippines in order to help my parents financially.

Clinical Dietitian

• Screening the patients
• Assessing the patients and making interventions on their problem
• Dietary instructio, computing their calories and making a sample menu
• Computing the calories of the patients in Critical Care Unit if their calories was met, adding important interventions and doing multidisciplinary rounds with the doctor, nurse, pharmacist 

• Am Dietitia (3am-12noon), checks the food for deployment, making the cards and checking the cards vs diet list, charging the oral nutrition formula
• Quality Control Dietitian, checking the area if it is clean, the utensils, the food if tastes good and if they use the salt monitoring 
• Checks the area if there are problems in the equipments, if they follow the right temperature of the freezer and fridge
• Marketing Dietitian, make the requisition for the ingredients to be used for the next cycle menu or the one who will order the ingredients to be used
• Do the First in First Out of the goods cause it is really important to apply this since this will be the one to identify if the ingredient expiration dates

Graduated in Univeryof San Carlos-Talamban major in Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with GPA of 1.8
