Counsel for a group of companies which are having business in Information technology, Automotive, Jewellery, Energy and Industrial markets, Geo-Material Testing, Travel, Logistics, Engineering, Retail, and Facility Management. Drafting and reviewing agency agreement, JVS, Service contracts, dealing on a regular basis inquiries on contractual obligations, terms and conditions and its implications;Providing legal advice on the interpretation of existing and approaching Market related legislation that may impact upon the Market’s activities; Overall responsibility for the approval of legal documentsCoordinating with the wider Legal Affairs team in preparing external-facing documents;Drafting and negotiating legal documents which are used by Group Companiessales and marketing teams to formalize and clarify their contractual relationships with customers and suppliers;Providing assistance in negotiating, reviewing and drafting terms and conditions (indemnities, choice of law, dispute resolution, limitation of liability, insurance, etc.) of international and domestic sales agreements with customers for the supply of services and equipment, and other services activities, including all of the appropriate contract documentation, ancillary agreements and guarantees.
